Most brands and destinations have a real story — and the wrong system for telling it. I help ambitious founders close that gap, faster than they thought possible.
My work started with helping SMB owners earn trust & bookings from ideal customers, then moved to cycling and beyond. The method works everywhere a niche product needs a bigger signal.
You might recognise yourself in one of these
"We have a great product. But outside our own circle, nobody knows we exist."
→ Visibility without ad spend"We've been spending on marketing. I can't connect it to actual growth."
→ Outcomes, not impressions"I know we need to move faster. We just don't have the right person."
→ Embedded speed and judgment"Our content looks polished. But riders aren't sharing it."
→ Authentic storytelling that travels"We can't afford a senior agency or full in-house hire at our stage."
→ Senior thinking, fractional cost"Every time we talk to Loek, things start happening. I'm not sure how."
→ That's exactly the pointMy name is Loek Luijbregts. I'm a fractional creative and marketing partner — based in Tilburg, operating across Europe. I've spent nine years building something that doesn't have a clean job title: a rare combination of strategic instinct, hands-on production capability, a deep cycling ecosystem network, and the ability to move faster than most organisations are used to.
I don't write strategy decks and hand them over. I embed with founders and leadership teams, see what's stuck, and start moving. The strategy, the content, the creator outreach, the media relationships, the lead generation — I bring these as one integrated operating mode, not a menu of services.
My track record was built entirely in cycling — because that's where I've lived for nine years. The methodology travels anywhere that story, speed, and earned trust are the growth levers. Which is most places worth working.
Some clients use one part of what I do. The best ones give me room to use all of it. Either way, things move faster than they did before I arrived.
Most founders who call me don't fully know what they need. That's fine. The first conversation is about understanding your situation — not pitching a service. From there, the path becomes clear quickly.
Cycling is where I built nine years of proof. The instinct, network, and production capability travel to any brand where story and earned trust drive growth.
When the client couldn't commit to CyclingWorld Düsseldorf, I self-funded the trip. Three days, live content, published from the show floor. 830K views. 86 MQLs added. Reshared by DT Swiss, Schwalbe, Pinion and Vittoria. Combined with Morocco: 210+ leads for €8,000+ bikes. Zero ad spend.
First communications hire. Global product launch, WorldTour partnership announcement, commercial production. Prepared the earned media package in advance — so when Marianne Vos won the Gravel World Championship on GRAVAA, it hit 30+ global cycling media within hours. Social following tripled in 10 months.
Self-produced cycling trip. iPhone-first, rider-first. One bike brand, two bikepacking solutions, two tire brands, one gearbox brand — all earned reach without looking like an advertorial. Because it wasn't one.
From Visit Luxembourg to Cycling in Flanders to Go Türkiye — strategy partner, content producer, speaker, expo representative. Rebooked not because of the contract but because of the results. That's the only metric that matters.
His broad perspective on cycle tourism, active mobility and funding, combined with his energy and talent for making new connections, often leads to fresh insights and concrete opportunities. Loek is an agile thinker — his approach is innovative and efficient, setting an example for the future of our sector.
When Loek says he's going to do something, he goes for it. "Can't" doesn't exist. He knows how to deal with the unexpected — he can switch gears and act immediately. He is the best at putting together a high-quality media package, informing the press, and getting them excited.
I work with a small number of clients at a time. Fit matters more than budget. Before you book a call, be honest about where you are.
The call is free, and there's no pitch. If we're a fit, you'll know within 30 minutes. If we're not, I'll tell you honestly — and probably point you toward someone who is.
